Think we're going to go simple & grill some juicy burgers. Add some potato salad and a blueberry cobbler!!

BBQ ribs, baked beans and potato salad.

I have chicken quarters marinating in a special Mojo and also a nice rack of baby-backs awaiting my special dry rub. Probably make a pound of black beans to put over rice....as for the rest, I haven't decided yet. I DO have a big 'ol watermelon though

I should have posted pictures, to late now...

I smoked a 10 lb pork shoulder, drunk chickin', and a bourbon peppercorn pork tenderloin for 14 people. Not much was left.

Also had bbq baked beans, creamed corn, cole slaw, chips and for appetizer 50 Atomic Buffalo Turds. (Jalapeno Poppers)

Blueberry cobbler, many cakes and ice cream.

All the kids enjoyed the inflatible pool slide and the adults pitched horseshoes.
