What's the Problem?

Re: 18-5 - What's the Problem?

Miss St is not in the tourney either. Alabama will need to go 4-2 in the last 6 and have a good tourney. That should help their ratings.

Fact: We need three more wins.

Still waiting on your response to my questions...

Re: 18-5 - What's the Problem?

I believe your "yours" should have an apostrophe as in "your's" to show ownership....unless i don't own my grammar usage. :)
Actually, that is a possessive pronoun like his, hers, and theirs. Possessive pronouns don't use apostrophes to show possession. Anyway, I was just cracking on you for cracking on him. It would be a full-time job to correct all the grammar and spelling problems on internet boards, and I already have a full-time job.

Re: 18-5 - What's the Problem?

Let's keep this as the only "what's wrong with our team" thread on the front page. We don't need multiple threads on it...

I apologize if you considered my post a duplicate. However, we can all see the problems. My question was, why?

Seriously, how can you ask that question? That question's been asked several times, and many answers have been given. It's not a new question. Read the board...

The other team has more points at the end of regulation?

If CMG doesn't have any answers and he's with the team everyday, what makes you think that any of us are going to have any answers?

If I did I would be coaching at a higher level than Middle School.

Try asking the EA Sports experts! They seem to have all of the answers during the football season. Just watch the games and enjoy Alabama Basketball at what I consider the highest peak!

Rollll Tideeeee!

Look at it this way. At that age, they don't question why you tell them to do something a certain way (at least, they didn't in the past). :D

Actually, they do! If you tell them to do something a different way in which the coach before did you will quickly find out how much respect they have for you! Like shooting a technique or if you have different defensive philosophy.

I have noticed our rebounding has really dropped off since the LSU game and was wondering if any of you have noticed why. I have only been able to watch bits and pieces of games since the LSU game because I have been busy working on some things. Have we been playing more zone or something or do you guys think it is fatigue?

I'm assuming you mean the game at LSU. Since then, our total number of rebounds has been about equal to or more than we had during the LSU game. Also, we outrebounded USC and had the same amount of rebounds as Ole Miss. Mississippi State outrebounded Bama 41-47 and Florida outrebounded Bama 28-36. The Florida game is pretty easy to diagnose...they're huge, physical, and are given more leeway by the officials (see Noah's 1 foul). The MSU game was a little more concerning. Alabama gave up too many second chance shots during key stretches in that game, but it didn't matter at the end (see Steele's game winner).
