Question: Who is the big time 2011 player that named Alabama his favorite?

I'm not subscribed to CrimsonConfidential so I couldn't find out who. If anyone is please tell me. He's supposed to be a big time player.

There were a number of 2011 prospects at the Alabama-LSU game. I've seen a couple articles from Crimson Confidential about them. I believe you might be thinking of Javorius Allen, of Tallahassee, or Spencer Region from Cullman. Of course there might have been others.

I'll add to CG6's a little. Region has been open for awhile that he wants to be at BAMA. The article you are referring to was about Region. While in my other post it is obvious the LSU game probably snagged several 2011 prospects, Burton and Gibson both left seemingly star-struck. Now it is still a long way away and things change, but I doubt any of the prospects will ever forget being at that game no matter what college they end up at.

As many years have passed I'm sure a lot of fans have probably forgotten but Shannon initially practiced some on both sides of the ball before settling in on the DL . Bama was loaded on both lines but Brown was so good the staff had to make a spot for him somewhere
