Wireless mic for iPhone solutions?

I’m looking for a wireless mic solution for an iPhone. I have looked at a few and they all seem to plug a piece into the lightning port and then have the wireless mic.
My issue is that I need the plug in piece to go through an OtterBox case and the way these things are made, they won’t.
If anyone has any ideas they are much appreciated.
