His career could probably benefit from a few years around Nick Saban.

The timing of this is worth noting although it could come to nothing. One can hope and dream!
I know I've stated that I'm not big fan of him and his work, and I have my own reasons for it, but If he does come to Bama... and I hope he can improve the defense significantly and I do think he will be able to do that.. I just hope that he can change some of the scheme at Bama... and how we use ILB/OLB with DT.
Would be a huge upgrade. Time for CNS to bring him and let him run his system.

Leonhard's legit - Green Bay and I think at least one other NFL team offered him as DC, and he turned them down to stay with Bucky.
Now as a Packers owner, I'm always thinking positive - and keen on opportunity for the less-fortunate and overmatched at their current jobs.
