After the trip tomorrow to UK a stretch of really winnable games. I've said for the last 4-5 years, but the job Coach has done is amazing when you consider where we were about 9-10 years ago!!

The women's team made the tournament as a 5 seed. They will play Green Bay on Saturday

It’s been a very good season and nice to be in the Top 25 all season long. A Sweet Sixteen run would really top it off. I saw last night we are one of only a few teams with THREE 15 pt plus scorers.

The women were knocked out by Maryland yesterday, 111-108 in double OT. I watched a good bit of it, and man, I though that men's officiating was bad. I don't know how many phantom fouls I saw called yesterday - both ways, but definitely more on BAMA. Two of our top three scorers fouled out in regulation. I guess the refs were playing up to Maryland since we were playing on their home court. We played tough but couldn't finish. At one time, we had a 17 point lead, but I had to leave for a bit. When I came back, we were tied at 80 and going to OT. Not sure what happened while I was gone, but I'll bet it had something to do with officiating.

Here's an example of ice water in her veins: At the end of the first OT, Sarah Barker was fouled attempting a 3 to tie the game. She made a three free throws - all net - to send the game to a second OT. It was a great year for the ladies.

Didn't watch it but was following it on the ESPN gamecast. What Sarah Barker did with 0:01 left in the first OT was absolute clutch. Hate they lost after that, but I still remember how bad the women's basketball team was not long ago....they've come a long way.
