Anyone Anticipate Any Good Surprises On NSD?

Hopefully very quite. Like to add Tomlinson or Alexander. Still have this little fear that Collins might switch back to LSU. Regarding Green-Beckham, for a #1 player in the nation, he sure has been a class act. He has kept things very quite and close to the vest.

Sip, I think we're both getting excited about Signing day! I don't think we get Green-Beckham. If we sign who has verballed and we add Tomlinson I would be tickled pink.

Quiet, he has been quiet not quite and not sure why it bothers me, carry on

To be honest his recruitment has produced some very hostile feelings from the LSU side (from a fanbase standpoint) that he's almost in a position of "already gone too far to turn around now". I think if he were to change now it would produce a huge distraction for him personally because he'd have a lot of LSU fans who'd still hold hard feelings against him and we all know the Who fans aren't shy about letting you know how they feel. Just look at his twitter account after he announced he was coming to Bama.

I think we sign someone we really aren't expecting to sign, but don't have any idea who that would be. (And by we I mean the fans) Just a feeling, though. I'm just happy with what we are expecting.

I am hoping for a very quiet signing day. I think any surprise for Alabama would not be good. I highly doubt LC is even thinking about LSU. I believe he is his own man. Maybe add Tomlinson.....maybe......and that's it and I am not counting on that. If we just keep the verbals we have.......I'm happy. This is the silly season of recruiting where we all guess and have little to no information. Dorial is rumored to Mizzou. He's been a class act and the opposite of JW. Although to JW's credit, he said FSU and has stuck with it. When asked publicly, he said FSU and reiterated that.

If there are any suprises, it will be with Taylor or Alexander given the greyshirt issues there not sitting well. But I don't see any surprises either negative or positive.

With all the early commitments, a lot of the air has been let out of the balloon for signing day. You do not get that feeling there is a strong finish largely because there is no room left. But make no mistake, this is a strong class if we just keep who we have verbaled to us.

I am expecting a very quiet signing day as far as surprises go. Finishing "quietly" with the top ranked recruiting class is an amazing accomplishment for the coaching staff. This is such a great feeling for us fans, considering how recruiting would go just 6 or 7 years ago.

Quiet, would be fine with me. If everybody qualifies and signs, it's the best class i've ever seen to bama. Of course, u have wait and see for a few years to see how good, but on paper it's impressive.

I'll tell u a surprise. Some guys on another site really think we get Kwon. I thought he was out of the picture. Does anyone know if he has a commitable offer for this year?, not a greyshirt offer.

Conflicting reports on that, some are saying it's a grayshirt offer while others are now saying he possibly got the offer to come in with this class. My gut tells me he only has a grayshirt offer, but that's JMHO.

I agree with buzzard that I don't see Collins switching just to appease the LSU fans. If the Who fans had a shot at potentially getting him to switch, they should had lay off hounding/berating him on twitter. Too much hurt feelings for Collins to switch to LSU.

As for surprise on NSD, I could see Cyler Milees flipping, but otherwise I believe NSD will be a "good" quiet day for the crimson and white.

I'm not the least bit worried about Collins, and it looks like NSD will be so quiet you can hear the crickets chirping. We might pick up another signee, but I wouldn't be shocked if this were like 2010 all over.

We're on to the 2013 now...
