I believe you are wrong the only bowl game we can go to is the Sugar Bowl if we are ranked high & have maybe one lost. Now unless someone wants to prove me wrong?

The winner of the SEC Championship game will go to the Sugar, if they don't go to the BCS Championship. If its FSU and OSU, then the Orange and Rose will get to choose replacements. I suspect an 11-1 Alabama with our fan base would look pretty good to the Orange. The guaranteed BCS teams are UCF (probably), Baylor (probably to Fiesta), Stanford/ASU (Rose). That leaves room for two teams in the Orange, one in the Sugar, one in the Fiesta and one in the Rose.

11-1 is a great season.....put that into perspective. Hopefully we can take out our frustrations on the team we meet for the bowl game.



The biggest test now is not having another 2008 outcome, need to take some time off and refocus.

I've not posted on the OSU/ MSU game but I don't see OSU dropping that game. They have good talent and are rolling. I see an OSU/ FSU NC.

I could be wrong, but that would seem to me to be a completely lopsided matchup. IMHO FSU would destroy OSU.

I didn't understand not seeing Drake again, or Henry. I didn't get that at all, but I'm not a coach. 11-1 is a remarkable season regardless. The guys were tight - they felt the pressure and they caved under it. I can't fault them for that - they've played their hearts out all season. I think we should thank them for their hard work. No one is perfect. We'll always be in the hunt for the National Championship. It ain't over, and Saban and Smart as well as other defensive coaches will have Gus' tendencies figured out next year. Our D will be more mature next year. We'll have a pretty good offense as well. It is what it is folks. Enjoy your Christmas season, look forward to a decent bowl game and let this one go. Our guys had an off night...the Barn was red hot. It happens.

I agree. The media won't allow a one loss SEC team to jump undefeated teams from major conferences. Computers will give AU the edge, but hopefully the human factor will be greater.
