The way they decide on Heisman's nowadays, all he has to do is score a TD against Bama and he'll be in the hunt.

For gosh sakes, if you listen to the media, he's the second coming of Bo, Herschel, and Adrien Peterson all rolled into one. With that bunch of malarkey being fed to him since he was in high school, how big of an ego do you think he has? Shoot, expectations like that will go to anyone's head. Hopefully he takes this as a learning experience and can grow from it, otherwise he may be in for some tough times psychologically.

a lot of media members were saying A Peterson. Which is strange because even though he should be solid, anyone with a strong knowledge of football would have disagreed with that comparison.

I know he was the #1 rated RB in the class & Roc Thomas was #2..I wonder if Roc has played this year yet..I really really wish we had recruited Roc harder than we did cause he was a stud here at Oxford HS & from all that I read about him, he was a big Bama Fan all his life & we just slow played him that caused him to become a Barner..

He played tonight for the time and looked pretty good against SJSU. He came in late and their defense was pretty gassed and subbing by then, but he looked pretty quick.

I'm glad Les chewed on him. But if you don't compare a freshman who has never played a down to Michael Jordan, Bo Jackson, and Adrian Peterson to the press, maybe he wouldn't act like a fool. Miles bears some of the responsibility.
