I used to root for PSU as my second favorite team. To me, they were the Northern Alabama- classic coach, hard-nosed defense, plain uniforms, tough, with lots of wins. I greatly enjoyed my trip up there a few years ago, and their fans were great when they were in T-town and when we were up there. Of course, a few weeks after our game with them all of the information started to break about the sicko pervert. I thought I could still cheer for them because it wasn't the programs or the fans fault that a few people failed those kids so horribly. However, when the fanbase kept supporting JoePa and insisting he was innocent, I just couldn't look at them the same way any longer. Then, they hired James Franklin, and he is a douche-bag on the level of Lane Kiffin. I just can't cheer for them even a little bit any more.
In short, Go Tigers!

No way to know - tis the nature of bowl games.
I think tOSU, Wiscy, Iowa and Minnesota are the best teams to represent the BigTen this postseason. USC went down pretty dramatically. Now let’s beat Clemson, Oregon and Auburn. And beat Michigan too

Memphis is no joke, but they simply don't have the athletes to line up and beat a motivated P5 team.

Remember, this is literally the biggest game in Memphis school history. This is a normal bowl game for State Penn.

IOW, if State Penn focuses and plays as they're capable, they'll simply out-man Memphis. But if they slack at all, play sloppy, etc., Memphis can win it.
