After watching the game my opinion is that TOSU might not be what was advertised. AND... Minnesota lost their running game late when the little Bowling Ball went down.
Of course my opinion is based on one game.
The number 4 preseason rank was very generous. That’s why I don’t care for preseason rankings of teams. You don’t really know what a team is about until you’re in the midseason or something.
anyway, feel bad for MN’s RB and his Achilles rupture, watching that happen hurt my soul a little bit.

It's ONE game.

Alabama looked all world in 2012 until LSU. We looked awesome against UM.

If I'm Ryan Day, I'm happy there's stuff to work on and happy I won, too.

Stroud put in some work tonight. He'll get better as time goes on and become elite. I am certain of that. Their receivers remind me of Bama's from the last few years.
Granted, last night's game is the first game-action I've seen of Stroud.

However, I didn't see anything last night to justify the hype, much less make me certain he'll eventually be an elite QB.

It's one game, though - so that could very well change.
