Dark Brandon’s Policies Pt V

You know in the midst of his bouts with dementia he managed to strong arm negotiation with big-pharma and Medicare on 10 vital drugs for senior and poor Americans. Imagine what Biden could do if he were lucid and 10 years younger...
If you think Biden was the one that did that I’ve got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. His staff did it and good job on that one.

There's no doubt that Strom voted for renewal in 1980. That's a verifiable fact.

Whether then Sen. Joe Biden convinced him is up for debate.

But the far right media's claim of a gotcha moment supposedly supporting their unsupported claims of dementia in Biden are beyond ridiculous.
Biden makes so much crap up when telling stories about “what happened” back in the day I fully expect him to say he went to the moon or personally led the defense of Cemetery Hill at Gettysburg.

I don’t know about you, but I was damned proud of the way he led 300 Spartans into battle against the Persian army in the war against Fredrick Douglas. He looked good in those “stars and stripes” wrasslin tights.

i think all of the indictments and bat crap craziness from the gop have folks grasping at straws to get something negative to stick to biden. it's all the gop knows how to do
I’m not grasping at anything. I’m first in line to throw Trump and his cadre of idiots under a bus, and to say people like McConnell should retire. I’m not such an ideologue that I can’t see the failures, shortcomings, and downright crookedness of those I happen to agree with on some policy issues.

Biden is a known plagiarist, a serial exaggerator of things from his past, and sometimes just a flat liar, his Mandela story is gold. He’s an old school politician peddling influence sending his derelict son that mistakes Parmesan cheese for crack around the world along with Joe’s brother picking up bags of cash from places like China while riding in Air Force 2. His fake emails and fake names are quite a sigh to behold. He’s dirty as the day is long. It’s different than a goon like Trump. Trump is a different kind of deal, and Biden is his own brand of rot inside the government.

Also, all of you screaming about the good job he is supposedly doing need to remember a few things. The average family is spending around $700 dollars more a month than he when went into office on normal expenses. Real wages are down when inflation is figured in. Real weekly wages are down 3.4% when in flatiron is figured in. Inflation ticked up again. You can bet more rate increase are on the way, and that will hurt middle and lower income families the most. Gas prices are up 51% since he took office. I’m sure you’ll come up with every excuse in the book for all of this, but if Trump or another Republican were in office and these were some of the stats what would you be saying?

I know some good things have happened. Unemployment is low, the drug price deal the other day was good. Slightly more people have health insurance and that’s good, but the average American isn’t feeling all of that because of some of the things I mentioned earlier, and I could add more. They are comparing to how things were before Biden economically and that’s not good for him.If you want to sit a the big desk then as Truman said the buck stops with you. I run a multimillion dollar organization and when things are good I get a Pat on the back and when they are bad the board, other leaders, and employees look at me for answers and I better work to have one and right the ship or I won’t be sitting in my office for long. If the Republicans had any sense to nominate someone besides trump Biden would be toast but they don’t.

I'll ask again, do you have any evidence to support this?

What places are like China?

Who needs evidence when when democrats are involved?

Rumor and innuendo are plenty enough for some.

Of course there's always a nugget of truth to build the rest on.

False equivalency is the icing on the cake.

I am open to factual evidence, though, if anyone has it.

The promise it will materialize in two weeks does nothing for me.

Im not arguing with anything you are saying. In a normal time, Biden and his son would be unelectable. In a normal time, you eschew a Clinton=Biden and vote for the other candidate. But the voting public didn't recognize the combination of depravity and void of inhibition of Trump. Most were already pre-conditioned to accept Trump through conservative news media.

But, considering Trump and despotic minions is not an alternative that cures the woes you mention below. Voting Republican is opening a gateway to the kind of corruption and standard of living likely only seen in places like Russia and Venezuela.

Voting Republican today means you really care nothing for your and your family's well-being much less the country and your neighbors.

Wow that was some wild hyperbole. I’m pretty much a with you on Trump, but people like Tim Scott, Glenn Youngkin, Brian Kemp, Nikki Halley, and most other conservatives aren’t turning the US into Venezuela or Russia. The funny part is those were turned to crap by left wing Marxists.

If Biden should be unelectable under your “normal” circumstances then he should t be electable now. The Democrats should throw him overboard just like the Republicans should throw Trump off the boat. We have to stop accepting the lesser of two evils and actually elect some competent people. The fact we don’t have better choices is an indictment of both parties and the public in general for accepting this nonsense.

Its not hyperbole, seeing our current circumstances as hyperbole is exactly why we are at a precipice. Until Trump exits the political scene, all of those candidates plus the Republican legislature will bend toward their demands. They cant win otherwise.

A non-vote for Trump in 2024 is the only necessary objective. There is no threading the needle or moral justification in voting for Trump. We can't solve all of our party failings in the 2024 election.
