The probation argument is running out. The past 10 years ( with a few exceptions) we have said "we are getting there, we are getting better", when will we be there? It doesn't mean just one season here and there of winning ten games!

I'm sick of all the complacency. We want to be great, but don't want to hurt someone's feelings.

There's only one proven head coach out there not currently employed that would qualify, and I believe he is waiting to see how the Ark. and Miami situations play out.
