That's what the gun nuts would like but it misses the real problem of why this happens here. And next week when someone shoots up a movie theater, again, we'll say its needed there. The following week it will be churches, again. Then the following week . . . , ad infinitum, never addressing the real problem.

I've concluded that there are people who have zero business owning a gun. Just like I believe there are people who have zero business behind the wheel of a vehicle. However, I don't want to take away everyone's right to own a gun or driving a vehicle because someone else. So, that is why I think access to guns need to be put in that weed out those who have no business having a gun and still allows those who want a gun and are responsible to have them.

Private sales are the issue, along with theft. To act like there aren’t background checks to purchase firearms is wrong.
To act like there are background checks with every gun sale is wrong.
The reality is people willing to undergo, and pass, a background check are the only people who will have their firearm rights restricted.
Well it’s being reported as a gang related hit… so i think people won’t dwell on it after they catch the suspects.I wonder when it will not be "too soon" to do something about these?
