Looking like a struggle win for PSU. They don't belong in the playoffs conversation.

Probably not but with a 12 team field somebody has to fill out the remaining slots.

PSU is probably still better than teams like SMU, BYU, Boise St, Indiana, etc but also probably not as good as any of the 2 loss SEC teams.

They need to get rid of the G5 auto bid.

It’s ridiculous.

If one of them goes undefeated with a few quality wins then sure put them in at an appropriate slot.

But a multiple loss G5 team has no business being in over a 1-2 loss team from either the SEC or B1G

Well, no - it didn't land on the field. It landed in the stands.

It's a bit surprising they were able to get a good replay view to be able to say there was time left since it landed no where near the field of play...

When they did the highlights they said "Here's the thing, the ball has to hit something. It does NOT. " and then he says after that "it did not hit the ground so the referees say no no no no ......."

They never said it hit in the stands on the highlights so I was trying to figure out what happened. I knew it had to land somewhere and it didn't matter where it landed(on the field or the stands) if there was time on the clock when it hit something, BYU had a chance. They just didn't explain it well at all.
