Yep, can't post it here....he went off on Milroe.

Wish the team would as well.
Haven’t caught a lot of UAC this year. Knew he didn’t like the inability to pass the ball and griped at not calling plays to use his legs. I’ll have to watch this one.

He's got 2 more.
Iron Bowl.
And whatever toilet bowl they go too baring a miracle.

Do too the state of all this mess i couldn't care less if he scored 5 touchdowns this Saturday or tossed 3 picks and fumbles twice.

Pretty bitter over all this NIL stuff.
Just basing this on his past behavior but if we go to an opt out bowl I’m pretty sure he will sit out to protect himself for the NFL Draft.

So I’m hoping we beat AU but don’t make the playoffs.

While I agree w/the first part…the second part I can’t…
We’re still Alabama. If they want to let us in the 12 team tournament, let’s go! Has this team been frustrating, absolutely on so many levels…but I’d still rather have that puncher’s chance than no chance at all. Give me a playoff game over the Weedwacker bowl every single time.

Nah we don’t deserve it.

All it will do is put us behind the 8 ball getting ready for 2025.

There’s no point in going to the playoffs thereby extending the Lank collective’s tenure to get humiliated on the road vs a Top 5-6 team.

Wanna have some fun? Go on YouTube and watch the Unoffical Assistants breakdown of the game.
I like their channel. I went and watched all seven parts of the OU game breakdown. I’ll say this, he’s not wrong. He sees the same thing so many on here see. He’s just more colorful expressing it. Well worth the watch.

Milroes sideways run on the first possession made me yell at the tv. He had the first down easily. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that reacted that way. At that point in knew it was bad Milroe night.

Coach P didnt hold back. Goodness…but spot on as usual!
Was able to watch it this afternoon. That was pure gold and pure truth.

LOVED:

"They tried to make me jump on a bandwagon with no wheels"

"Pre-school level mechanics'

"Worst field awareness in the history of FBS football"

Also loved that he confirmed that JM is only starting because a few players made a very loud statement about it and that it's a small (but unfortunately vocal) part of the team.

EVERYONE should go to youtube and watch it, and if you don't have time to watch it all, just watch parts 5 and 6.

Speculation on my part, but here’s what I think has happened in 2024 with Milroe:

He and the LANK crew were instrumental in keeping more key players from hitting the portal after CNS retired. CKD took notice.

CKD and staff quickly surmised that Milroe was a poor fit for what they want to do offensively, but face a conundrum: Ty isn’t noticeably better in practice and the other guys are too green. Milroe has proven himself as a leader and is too good an athlete to keep off the field, so the offense is simplified and modified to suit his strengths.

At some point during the Vandy and/or South Carolina games, Milroe sustains two injuries that aren’t made public: one to an ankle or lower limb, and one to his throwing shoulder. Watch Milroe throw the ball against Wisconsin, Georgia and Vandy - and then watch him in every game since. Something is still off. I suspect the lower limb injury healed a good bit during the off-week based on his LSU performance, but it may not be fully healed. His running looked tentative again versus Mercer and OU. I’m not sure the throwing shoulder injury has ever healed. Probably also explains the whiff against OU on the pick six.

It’s easy to look at this and say “just put Ty in”. Here’s the thing: we don’t see practices and I think it’s possible that Ty is just not better than Milroe, or doesn’t bring enough to the table to bench him anyway. Milroe has been the starter for two years now and is a grizzled veteran compared to Ty, and if he’s able to go, you kind of have to play him in this stretch run if you know that Ty isn’t appreciably better. Saban and Rees encouraged both Ty and Milroe to transfer after spring 2023 which should tell you something. I’ve seen Ty make enough questionable throws in limited action that I can see why coaches would have reservations about him.

I have no idea how much of the LANK stuff is true - I don’t doubt at least some is - but I also think there’s a simpler explanation for all of this. Sometimes coaches are placed between rocks and hard places, in ways that we never hear about publicly.

Watch the unofficial assistant coaches video. He tells it like it is. The only reason JM is playing is because he bought the loyalty of a few players who made it clear they only play if JM is playing. As coach P says JM simply does not have the tools to play at this level. Never has. Every once and a while he has a good game, but the body of work points to JM just being a.bad QB. Coach P went so far as to say that JM probably would not make a single roster better if the transfered there. Preschool level QB skills was what he called it.

I wish we could link the videos, but coach P gets pretty fired up on this series so it's no where near tidefans language friendly.

Did you see the pathetic "tackle" by Milroe after the second interception? He outweighed the guy by at least 35 lbs, tried to trip him rather than tackle or push him out of bounds. At that point, or earlier in the game , he should have been benched---the fact that DeBoer did not do so was the final straw.
Ty was never given a fair-minded opportunity to play with the first stringers- only played mop-up, handing off to the running backs. Practice does not equate to in -game performance.
