Here's a suggestion:

Maybe next year the committee needs Nick Saban to come in and actually EXPLAIN TO THEM how the different records don't automatically indicate superiority and break down offense and defense of the teams in consideration and what the most likely outcome is.

We never needed 12 teams, folks.

I had my issues with the BCS, but it was better than this.

The SEC could of had 6 teams in the playoffs. these playoffs are a joke.

More like "should have had" six teams in the playoffs.

Looks like these 1st round games are going to go decidedly Chalk.

I'm super not a fan of the expanded playoffs as it is but it would probably be better for it to be reduced to an 8 team field.

That would weed out these borderline teams and create better matchups.

But the decision makers are stupid and will water it down even further by going to 16 teams.

Idiots.

Would not have mattered. They knew that all 3 SEC team at 9-3 were better than a whole lot of teams that they put into the CFP. Their hands were tied by the rules for 3 of those teams. But they chose inclusion over merit for the other two spots.

Caitlin Clark can Ball and I like watching games that she is playing.

But the quality of that league as a whole is pretty weak and I'm not sure I'd choose to watch a random game over CFB.

But also I haven't watched a single second of any CFB game since Norman OU.
