No, he put the ball where it needed to be, well except it should have been down a little for a TE to catch. He was throwing to a spot in the zone seam, not to the player.

The line isn’t great. They were over hyped. Milroe makes it worse. The right tackle is bad and proctor is just ok but still slow. Again add in bad qb and it’s a mess. So it’s not exclusive one or other.

I guarantee you if Milroe got the ball out of his hands on schedule 50% of the time NOBODY would be complaining about the offensive line.
