The windchill is 13° in Atlanta right now.

Why are these big powerful teams from up north afraid to play the ball game outdoors, in Bobby Dodd stadium in the same city? I mean, do they think it never gets this cold down south as well?

You see, they’re playing indoors.
warm weather, southern something.
I watched two NFL games yesterday, both played in very cold, snowy conditions. I think, if I'm a fan at the game, I'd rather be sitting in the dome right now.

I agree, I’m just sick of that canard. Let’s be clear, there are good teams in the Big Ten and there are good teams in the SEC. But for 40 years now the excuse I always hear that the reason that the big 10 can’t beat the SEC in the bowl games just because they’re all in warm weather venues. (I reiterate, this is a conference that cries like little sissies if you take their precious rose bowl in 74° average temperature on January one Rose Bowl away from them, all of a sudden, the weather doesn’t matter).

And they want to pretend to like playing a game in November in the big house is like facing the whole ice hockey team on Lake superior in Duluth in February. Ohio State did not beat Tennessee because of the weather, they won because they were obviously the better team. And they would’ve beaten them by pretty close to the same margin if the game would’ve been in Knoxville.

Cold weather and snow are no more of an advantage as humidity and rain. TBH i rather deal with the cold and snow over the humidity and rain.

So far a typical ND playoff game vs top opposition...athletisim eventually overcomes their tenacity and the lack of passing game throttles their offense...i expect OSU to pull away
