Well, their first class was a top 3 and had four 5* recruits and I believe we may have 1 or 2 more than that in this year's class. We offer a lot more than just NIL and our GM Courtney Morgan is a huge asset. These kids have seen Bama as the king of college football their whole lives and some dreamed of playing at Bama and that is appealing as well.

I agree year 2 with feet firmly on the ground has been very important in recruits from Alabama. If things go as they appear we will take the Barn to the shed in this class. Their coaches and fans were saying Bama did not recruit kids from Alabama and we only wanted kids from Cali. I think they are regretting saying that now.

Not certain how hard we pursued. Will be a good player but like you said we may have the best DB class in the country this cycle.

Gotta think the staff probably sees a little bit of Rome Odunxe in this kid. There are a lot of similarities, and be'll also probably be ranked similarly to where Odunxe was, by the time it's all said and done. I hope we get him.
