The refs were terribad on both sides. This crew is trying to live down to the SEC refs abilities.

I thought they were pretty consistent (except for the PI against us), they just let both teams get away with a little too much, and it almost got out of hand a few plays

I don’t know what the D line rotation will be against Indiana, but 31 better have a heavy presence. So glad that dude has finally blossomed.

One of the interesting aspects of this is that a lot of Alabama's staff actually coached for Indiana (notably DeBoer and Womack) while Indiana's head coach actually coached for Alabama under Saban.

I think both parties are really going to be pumped for this game,

I feel sorry for that kicker from OU. I mean...I didn't want him to make them. But I feel sorry for the kid.

I felt bad for him, too. My "mommy" side hit when I saw his face...especially the second time. But the rest of me said, "He missed TWICE!!!! Wooohooo!!! RTR!!!!", and that was the end of that.

I apologize, the team we saw tonight (after the first QTR) was a different team than the past month. Something kicked Bama in the azz and they finally woke up. I hope this team with heart and passion shows up at the Rose Bowl. If so we got a real shot to win.

I think it was confidence. We seemed to lose it against OU a bit, definitely got shell shocked against UGA, and that carried over to the first quarter and a half tonight. Then we got it back, and that will be huge in the Rose Bowl.
