Not me there are better candidates out there. Besides since there is so much AU hatred against Brother, remember Jimbo was OC for Tiny Tot in the mid 90's.

I think Jimbo is a good OC and will probably be a good HC someday. However, the Bama job is the kind that chews up and spits out experienced head coaches. There is a reason CMM is looking for a proven HC... actually there are a couple of reasons... Mike DuBose and Mike Shula.

Jimbo needs to get some experience as a head coach before he tackles a job like this.

Kind of reminds me of the olsd Jim Kckay comment when he was the coach at Tampa Bay in the earl days when asked after another loss by a reporter " What did you think about your teams execution" Mckay replied " I'm all for it".

I'm all for it if it's the BOT's, PTB and AD.

I just saw that on his Bio a few minutes ago. It kind of makes you wonder if Fisher has just been reaping the benefits of being associated with a program under Nick Saban that recruited tremendous talent. I'm not sold on Jimbo Fisher as a head coach just yet.
