Just for some perspective, there were quite a few assistant hires by Coach Saban that were not viewed as can’t miss, slam dunks and a majority of them turned out just fine. Not all, but most. -

Well, oddly enough, me too. DT was my favorite Bama player all time. I too am a huge Chiefs fan. I was glad they won SB58 for ole number 58. -

New Coach DeBoer Era: What're Your Expectations for 2024?
I hope for 10-2 or 9-3 in a transition year. My expectations moving forward, make the playoff every year, with the SEC maybe getting 4-5 in that is possible. Win the SEC and Naty every once in a while. What Saban has done will not be duplicated. Don’t become the Buffalo Bills of the college... -

One thing that made Jeremy Pruitts D so effective while at Alabama was his ability to convince Saban to scale it back, take some of the complication out of the schemes and let players make plays. Soon all the mercenaries will have moved on, then Bama will have guys who want to be at Bama. Then Deboer and staff can recruit players who want to be at Bama. Washington 25th and Michigan 15th in talent ranking both played for the Naty. It was not Bama, UGA, or Texas. All who are top five in... -
