You say that, but that comes back to bite us. We can't claim SEC superiority and wet the bed out of conference. And the SEC is absolutely wetting the bed. When we only get 2 teams in later, we can point back to this kind of performance.

As the sample size grows I think it becomes more significant. Seems like I remember for most of the last 20 years or so the national champion’s conference usually did really well in the postseason. I’m at work and can’t research it, but I also don’t remember too many national champions that...

So far, the SEC teams look like Big XII teams from 10-15 years ago and the B1G teams look like SEC teams from 10 years ago. It may or may not mean anything for tomorrow, but I think it's a good indicator. Also, the myth of the B1G being soft and easy seems busted.
