I recently moved to Atlanta and unfortunately don't know a ton of people here. I wanted to know if there were any locations/bars/restaurants that had a strong Bama following, especially this weekend. Thanks in advance and Roll Tide!!

Re: What's the chances we start seeing fallout from the poor coaching at at Texas and If it helps us with anyone, I'd think maybe Eddie Goldman and Justin Shanks as well as Winston are the three recruits we would see the most benefit with since FSU is not living up to their hype. I'm not sure...

Re: Calloway & Carter (good to go) Sounds like everything just hasn't been reported yet? Hopefully this all gets resolved quickly because I don't know who else is going to fill the role of the "big physical WR" that Carter is supposed to represent. I used to wonder if Bowman was the next guy...

I find it odd that this "mushroom cloud" as Clay has coined it most recently has yet to catch on at pretty much any major sports media outlet...or with the NCAA for that matter. Pictures of kids signing jerseys. Congrats. What a breakthrough. Clay has become the ultimate blog troll and Brooks...

Re: Calloway & carter I don't know if I missed it but what is the deal with Carter being deemed "academically ineligible" for the moment on Tidesports? Is this an enrollment or clearing house issue?

In addition to that, I think I read where Saban doesn't promise playing time...he promises a "chance to compete for playing time." Obviously "a chance" doesn't always sound as good as a "sure thing." I guess it's just disappointing that some of these kids can't see through all of the crap.

I'm not trying to act like the sky is falling...but you have to admit our recruiting has taken a bit of a stumble so far this year. Of course there is plenty of time to finish strong...but at this point I'm not terribly impressed with how we're missing out on our main targets.

Like someone else said, I find it funny that the barners screamed their ....y little heads off that Bama was behind the whole Cam Newton thing. Yet here they are, trying their best to dig up something on Bama and this T-Town Menswear deal, and make something sanction worthy out of every little...
