Absolutely. Everyone screws up occasionally. This particular issue seems like a next level screw up. Probably 90% of my companies invoices are paid by actual checks delivered by the USPS. It's very rare for us to have delivery issues with one.

It was purchased from Amazon. It is a heavy item, so I guess it was cheaper to let USPS deal with it.

Thinking back, the one size fits all solutions likely contributed to the venom. Take the shot now or else versus, hey, lose weight if you're overweight, get vitamin D, exercise, and if you don't have risk factors, you might want to sit this one out. I think your comments about his arrogance...
