I'm still predicting 9-3/9-4. The schedule is more manageable but likely a freshman at qb leading the O. I think we will be better positioned going into 2027.

I remember Ken. Don Jacobs, Alan Gray, and Steadman Shealy were all on the team together at one point I think in 1979. Ken must have come sometime after that.

Congrats on the win. You guys have our number, much like ND did in the 70’s and Texas to some extent during the same period. Ara Parseghegian, DKR,….and apparently, Brent Venables.

We need to hire Zach Alley or Todd Bates so we can break the code on a Brent Venables defense. Both have ties to the state of Alabama(Bates played here, ZA coached at Jax State)The guy absolutely owns us and has arguably had more success scheming against us than anyone over the last 23 years...

I don’t have enough information to say who I think SHOULD be the starting qb, but I predict it will be TS.

Respectfully disagree with the OP. I think both OU and Texas(Texas moreso) are natural fits for the conference and will help add new rivalries. Sankey did the right thing in taking their call and allowing both of them into the league.

We finish the regular season 10-2, losing only to Georgia and Oklahoma, and make the playoffs.
