The belt and road initiative is about infrastructure development and construction not imports.

I believe Zelensky was asked about his thoughts on Maduro being arrested and his response was, "If the US can do that to a Venezuelan dictator, then they can do it to a Russian one."
But he was first asked about Maduro.
