CNO’s argument is incredibly logical. That means the NCAA ruled the opposite. How the courts will view it who knows but Oats comparison is spot on of CB being a guy who signed a 2-way but never played and got paid peanuts compared but is ruled ineligible compared to euro league guys (who also brought the insidious eurostep to our shores) who make tons but get to play in college now.

I dont like it at all but if we are gonna have to compete against similar players who are ruled eligible and guys we want like CB are ineligible because “rules” then I want our side to have the same advantages.
