Bama Game Thread: MBB Bama vs UT in Coleman - Sat Jan 24 - 7:30 CST ESPN

Auburn did the same thing to UF in their game Sat. Their bigs are tall but aren't real strong so it worked against their offense too.

Teams like UT and Miss. St. and Houston have gone to this type of defense. Mug them all the time and dare the officials to call it some of the time.

It reminds me of how Auburn's football team defends with their defensive backs. They commit PI on just about every play, fully knowing the officials won't/can't call it, but only once in a while.

It looks like some of you may have benefited from taking 24 hours off like I did. That loss didn’t negatively impact me like the Texas one did. Missing your number two and number three scorers and ball handlers will never be a good thing

The one thing upon reflection that I can say, is that we really did bad in the portal last year. We may have been zero for four. Bowen does well sometimes.

I took two days off.
A)missing two key players hurts any team.
B)hands on and hacking defense are ruining the game
C) (my opinion)we were outcoached. They made good adjustments and we didn’t.
But I still love this team and this staff. RTR!
