I quit being a NFL fan, along with all professional sports in 1992. That same distaste for pro sports are starting to affect my attitude toward the “amateur” sports also. Money, greed, lack of honor, and bad attitudes are ruining sports!,

I agree but will still watch certain games like playoffs or final fours or the Super Bowl.

I’m surprised Billy Joe didn’t get political. I remember him changing the words to American Idiot for Bush, a song partially about Bush and the media during the Iraq war. As outspoken as he is about Trump, I THOUGHT he may go there, but I’m impressed he didn’t. Super Bowl is entertainment, not politics.

You apparently never read a comment section on the Pats. A lot if them turned on him pretty quick. There were a few that blamed Belichick but the majority were clamoring for the backup. Then he sucked too so they turned on each other.
