Let me qualify something on Bill Clinton that I've shared here previously.
SHORT VERSION/CONCLUSION:
The only reason - the only one - that I can believe easily that Clinton might have seen someone under 18 is because I'm convinced (and so was Gerald Ford) that Clinton is a literal sex ADDICT. Not just a guy with high T, a full-on addict. And ADDICTS don't stop where the line should stop them. It's no different than Pete Rose betting on baseball when he knew it was wrong. He was a gambling addict, but he couldn't stop himself.
I'm not saying Clinton did, I haven't seen evidence of that - yet.
I'm saying it would not surprise me one bit.
SELMA VERSION/DETAILS
Years ago, I dated a young lass for a month or so who in her previous marriage had been married to a Secret Service agent, so she had lived in DC. The time frame covered the last two years of Clinton through the first two years of Obama, and in his final years, her husband had the (unwanted) task of guarding Joe Biden. She knew NOTHING of my political bent at the time, SHE was the one who brought up the previous marriage and shared her opinions on everyone from Hillary (whom she hated) through Michelle Obama (whom she loved) and Jill Biden (same). But she brought up something else that made my jaw drop.
She claimed that Bill Clinton had a fetish for "young black girls." Now let me clear: she DID NOT say explicitly that he saw anyone under age. But she explained how they'd take the White House limo out into some DC suburbs in Maryland - especially when Hillary was out of town - and "get some girls." And just so long as nothing went wrong, they could doctor up the log books to say he went somewhere else. That's when a long ago memory hit me.
In a little-known story early on in the 1992 race (fall 1991), the Clintons knew they were going to have to go on the offense against allegations he got around. One guy who did not want anything to do with the Clinton campaign was William Daley, the son of the original Richard Daley, and head of a Chicago bank (Clinton would later appoint him to head up Fannie Mae - yep). Daley did not want to sign on to a candidate that might get deep sixed by adultery, so Hillary (from Chicago if you recall) offered to talk to Daley about it. Daley was "too proper an Irishman" to talk to a man's wife about this, but there was a meeting of the Clinton braintrust in (I believe) Little Rock and they went through a list of names (this was reported in Jack Germond-Jules Witcover's book about the 1992 election, "Mad As Hell"). One really hot rumor inside the campaign was that Clinton had fathered an out-of-wedlock child with a black news anchor in the Midwest. In response to this, Clinton raged and said, "Listen, I don't have a black baby!"
Of course he doesn't.
A baby fathered by Bill Clinton with a black woman would only be HALF black. And before anyone thinks I'm being obtuse or it's because I can't stand the man, Clinton answered questions like this repeatedly, most notably on two occasions:
1) Have you ever tried marijuana?
a) I have never broken the laws of my country (true - because he was in Oxford at the time)
2) Did you have an affair with Monica?
a) I did not have sexual relations with that woman (true from his vantage point as Clinton was on the record saying that oral sex did not constitute a sexual relationship per the 1993 article on Clinton in "The American Spectator"
Those are just the best-known ones, Clinton half answered questions by technical means quite a bit if he didn't like where the query might go. This is why I've told people to tell your kids and grandkids, "Just wait until years after Clinton dies - we're gonna find out that he had an illegitimate kid AND that the press KNEW ABOUT IT ATTHE TIME!"
