What was your most disappointing loss as a Bama fan?

All are disappointing to the core for me. I agree with all the replies in this thread and have another one below. Never a Dubose fan and never thought he should have been given the job. But at this particular snapshot in time, balloon was burst instantly eventually leading to his dispatch.

Son1 was a Freshman for the 2016 season. He was “all in” and so excited about the NC game against Clemson. I was on a work trip and watched the game in a bar in Seattle with one of my coworkers. Everyone was cheering for Clemson except me. I really enjoyed watching Jalen Hurts do everything he could to bring you guys another NC, but it wasn’t to be.

From a different perspective, my most disappointing loss TO Bama as an LSU fan was the 2012 game in TS. You know the set up, coming off the 2011 NC game where LSU lost 21-0. For that game, Son1, an LSU fan at the time, had emergency appendectomy and we watched it in the hospital. I was more concerned for him to be too upset at the loss. We looked forwarded to the 2012 game for months and attended together. Les Miles absolutely went into conservative mode on our last drive and left you guys with too much time. If I’m being honest, the absolute disdain for Bama my son and I had after that game makes me wonder how he ever ended up attending!

2016 loss to Clemson for a whole bunch of reasons, but mostly Kiffin antics and horrible officiating throughout the game, especially allowing 2 pick plays for TDs.
