One of the plans Coach Wells had when he returned from his short retirement was to renovate the third base line area and build new facilities for the home team over there. I don't know the scale they use, but this link offers one pro scale. PG may also just rate them 1-20 for all 5 tools.... As much as they try to get their picks in line with pro scout picks, I'd argue for the first scale. Still, I'll be checking back to see if anyone finds out the real answer :)...
