Lurked for a few years and then joined in 2002. Moved from AL to NC from 2005-2008. Tidefans was my only way of keeping up with what was going on. I also live in Mount Olive.
I'll be there as well. Staying at Pop and I think the food court closes at midnight. I had thought about watching at the ESPN pub at the Boardwalk but I don't know their hours.
I worked for the credit card side of Southtrust before it was bought by MBNA and Wachovia and this practice was rampant. Most times new checking or savings account holders were set up with a credit card as an added "bonus". I received many calls and letters asking "Why did I just get another card?".
I've always been a blueberry muffin guy myself. Strawberry is just unAmerican.
I think you make a good point. At one point Blake left a game last year but he was a more mobile QB and that will always put you at risk of injury. Brodie Croyle wishes he had any of our last few OL's.
The first evidence I saw of "make them quit" was the Clemson game in 2008. Upchurch was carrying the ball and giving harder hits than he was taking. That was when I knew we were a different team. We've missed that fire for a few seasons.
