The o-line play didn't allow for much "reading" to take place

Regardless of how the season began, Milroe turned things around enough to get Heisman consideration. That's pretty good with an O coordinator that didn't want him and didn't call plays that utilized his strengths for a majority of the season.

The 3rd quarter pass to Ruggs was beautiful also, because he could have just bailed on the throw, but he stood in there in the face of the rush and delivered a strike. Don't like him taking those shots win a game is decided, but it's what the great ones do.

I've seen many really good teams get rattled in that stadium. Jalen played one of his worst games by far. Auburn is a veteran defense up front and they played our strengths well. Sometimes you get beat this is one. We missed Shaun Hamilton tonight.

I think with Jalen it was his hesitation that made him seem slower. There were several occasions that when he decided to just tuck and run he left folks grabbing air.

I hope we do go back to a pro style offence. The read option is great for a change of pace. The qb just has to be so talented to win against better defences. Qb's should be passers first and have the ability to escape when necessary. Really hoping Jalen improves as a passer because he is so...
