I think they played as well as they could. I think they got beaten by a more physical Minnesota team. At the same time, I think this can be a solid start to a better 2005. :biga:

The wheels came off after Minnesota choked against Michigan. After that game, they went in to a total tailspin. That tells me all I need to know about how Minnesota and Auburn match-up.

Taking a realistic look at this game....The Gophers have a passing attack. Quite a good one as a matter of fact. They dominated our defense in a way no one has all year. They totally shut down our running game. All that, and they won by 4. Class or lack of it.....the song was classless...

Just something to take our minds off this game. Why do people think that if you return all the same people from a season that you went 6-6 or 7-5, that you'll be better next year. Minnesota should have won this game in a blowout. When you put up the numbers they did, you should win by 14-21...

They'll just say Rocky Top was played because they won in Tennessee...no there was no jab being taken at 'Bama.....blah blah blah. Try the scout or rivals boards.

Was I hearing things, or was the Minnesota band playing Rocky Top after the game? If they were, that's classless. But then again, Minnesota and Bama were both chippy all game.

Wow....if Minnesota is a favorite in the Big 10 race next year, then we have to be a favorite in the SEC next year. We hung with a team at full strength when we down to second, third, and fouth string in the backfield. Heck of a game....no reason for anyone to hang thier heads today.

The funniest moment of 2004 for me was when she had the pies thrown at her here in Tucson.
