Game Thread: 10/18/25 Other games catchall

  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

That is as close as you can possibly be. I feel like it would stand for whatever was called. Unfortunately for FSU it was called short haha

I assume Castellonos got hurt?
He made a mad scramble on a 4th and 11 play, picked up the first (with a called hold) and decided to slide at the last second as a defender was diving for him. Defender hit him right in the head because of his slide and he was out of the game after that. Happened around the 2min warning

Holding wiped out the run, but they called targeting on the defender which gave FSU the first anyways, but Castellanos never came back.

Thank you, didn't watch until the very very end so had no idea why their backup was in.

How on earth did we lose to FSU and lose so badly. It's legitimately a mystery.

I mean now they've lost to Stanford of all teams!!!!

Ill state again.....they practiced specifically for us all summer and all fall. They brought Gus in for the opener.

We on the other hand, just showed up.

It taught the kids a lesson thats paying dividends now.

I get this I really do. But they lost to STANFORD. Like my God.

Big congratulations to former Tide staffer Alex Mortensen on a win at the extension center. 21 point dogs to beat an undefeated Memphis team. He will be a good HC one day. UAB should give him a shot.
