14 - 0 a first?

Due to the addition of extra season games and Division Championships over the past several years, playing 14 games a year is somewhat still new. I believe when we won the National Championship in 1992 we were the first to go 13 - 0. Are we the first University to go 14-0 as National Champions?

Ohio St. , in 2002 , was the first 14-0 national champion .

Boise State did it this year (but obviously not national champs).

And the third team overall to go 14-0. (OSU '02, BSU '09). I wasn't aware of the Hawaii 13 game rule until I looked back at the OSU and BSU schedules last week. Interesting.
