Once you get past the commercial and click on the big page with Andre, the video link will be near the middle right-hand side of the page. Between "Alabama Football Blog" and "2008 Schedule".
The vids are well done and I highly recommend Coach's post-game Tennessee speech and pre-game LSU speech.
