One of those guys he held onto by choice. But I agree with the overall premise.
Yep and we all know who it was.
It’s a tough spot for sure. He could recruit, he was willing to work, I can just imagine Saban kneeling by his bed and night, “Lord please let that switch flip for Pete, he’s so dang close.”
The fact nobody was coming for him for other DC or HC opportunities was evidence it didn't work out like CNS thought.

SIAP but I saw where WR Kendrick Law was clocked at 23.8 mph which is crazy fast. I think our WR room is going to be explosive and is very underrated right now.
Yeah, he can fly. He was very fast last year as well. Why a few on here thought differently is baffling. I watched the kid play HS football on Thursdays and he had elite speed then.

I hope they find more of a role for Law. I think Deboer will.
Law is extremely versatile. He can play WR, RB, can block, and do kick returns on ST. His speed equals a cornerback, and was at one point listed in the SI99 as a Nickel position prospect. Law is the X-factor. With his vision and speed, he adds unpredictability to Bama's offense. He didn't get the ball much last year, as Bond and Burton got most of the throws. It's going to be interesting to see how CKD and CNS² utilizes Law.
