LEO in Houston in pretty good. There was a shooting threat at the nearby high school three or four years ago and when the call went out literally everyone in the city with a badge dropped an ran to it. Increadible amount of LEO. I saws HPD, Harris County Sherriff, FBI, ATF, Texas Troopers, you name it.
