Sitting here at the ole' work thing...

Here we are a year removed from a staff scrambling on the recruiting trail. We were in the post-Price era and had no clue as to what the recruiting scene would be like for 'Bama in Feb. of 2004.

My, how things have changed.

Monday marked the first day of the spring recruiting season and this is the first time in a few years we have had a full compliment of coaches on the road for the May evaluation period. They will be hitting high schools across the SE until the later part of next month.

It's nice having a quiet off season, isn't it? Well if you take Gallion, Finebaum, MSU, UT....all out of the situation.

It is nice to know that Alabama has quietly began a full year of scholarships, post-season eligibility, full recruiting, and virtually no coaching carousel.

I'll agree fully with you TerryP, so far it's been a pretty good and boring off-season which like I said it's boring but its better than the alternate!!! And any way it can never be too boring with all the court cases going on, and you can always laugh at the barners for being barners!!!!!!
