Just talked to a buddy who saw John Carroll hammer Central of Phenix City yesterday. He said that Steele is a very impressive player, who reminds him a great deal of T. R. Dunn as a high schooler-very smooth, terrific all around game, but a much better shooter than T.R. was. Steele is a junior now, and is a must have for next year's recruiting class.

Great name by the way. I know alittle bit about this kid. I am a former JC grad and I have a cousin teaching there as well.

This guy is extremely talented, both in the court/field and in the classroom. He is a big BAMA fan from what I've heard. Wears BAMA hats and shirts. He is or near a 4.0 student that has taken one language course to fulfill HS requirements and a different one as an elective.

CMG is all over him. He is recruiting him hard because he is a must have player. Actually, they have two juniors that are must have players. E. Thomas, currently on the BAMA squard is a JC product as well. He could be an early commitment. This is not a kid that will play the three hat quessing game. The only thing that will be a question mark are the teams like Duke and Stanford because of the educational atmosphere. I hope he stays home and goes to BAMA. I'll be there watching JC win by 20 pts on Saturday.
