any reports on DJ and Mustin

I have a feeling that we'll have a lot of guys in the whirlpools this week.

With all the popping I heard during the game maybe the whole team could take a trip to some hot springs around monday evening. Thats after they used up all the ice today.

I hope Arky is sore as well. I expect them to be. Bama might have gotten tired at times but they never backed down.

AMEN!

That last drive told soooo much more about the new regime than just pulling out the win. Confidence. Stamina. Want-to. Will power. Never-say-die. Trust. Teamwork.

Amazing victory. I was impressed on so many levels. I'm just happy to see improvement each week. There are going to be a few games this year where we'll probably fall short; but I'm seeing a lot of improvement/progress from week to week and - this year - that's all I'm asking for.

something i've noticed is that past few games is a lot of opposing players have been going out with cramps, McFadden included, and i haven't noticed a lot of our players going out with cramps. Is this a good sign of the off season conditioning program.

Yes I believe our men at BAMA are well taken care of. During the 100 plus two a days Coach Saban talked about how much H2O that was on hand and mandatory. During the last week of August he had the BAMA medical staff ready for any player complications before and after practice. One thing about Coach Saban, he cares about the players but also knows the most fit are (properly hydrated) will pay huge in the long run. The Arkansas game was a true example of that. :BigA:

AMEN, i'd rather have a less talented better conditioned and better hydrated team in the 4th quarter than huffin and puffin thirsty cramping 4 and 5 stars.
