Any Sue Grafton fans here?

Any fans out there? I find her to be funny and interesting.

I've read everything (in alphabetic order, of course!) through "S." I need to pick-up her latest (or at least I think the T book is available now). I like reading about life back in the '80's--Kinsey typing with a typewriter and using index cards to sort her thoughts as she solves the latest mystery! It makes me recall my days in the 80's (I'm just a few years younger that Kinsey!).

I'm just finishing up the last of Diana Gabaldon's series of Scottish history/time travel novels. I'll likely pick-up the Grafton "T" book this week.

I have read through about M or N, I think. An ex-girlfriend had all of them, and I guess I stopped when we stopped.

I like strong female characters.
Helpless females annoy me (like that one in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom)

I think I read through I or J. I liked the stories but after a while I found myself flipping through page after page as she rehashed things she'd covered in previous books. I know she was trying to write each book so it could stand up on its own, but for those who have read several it becomes a little tedious.
