I have some cans from the 1992 Championship and the Bear Coca-Cola bottle from a long time ago. Here's hoping they make one for this championship as well. Roll Tide.

I was thinking the same thing. I have a 6 pack of Coke with the 92 Championship and a Coach Bryant #315 Coke bottle.

The skinny...

"A single pallet run of UA commemorative celebration cans were produced and shipped, under careful security, to the Alabama Equipment Manager for storage in Pasadena. Tonight, these cans will be chilled in Coca-Cola barrel coolers coordinated by the CCNA West Region team. If they are victorious, the cans will then be rolled into their locker room for enjoyment immediately after leaving the field. In addition the cans will be offered to players and coaches as they enter the press room. This is a great way for us to reaffirm our commitment to Alabama and make Coca-Cola truly a part of a moment in their history. Just in case, security protocol is in place so the cans are destroyed and no product is released into the market or press

If Alabama wins, the celebration will continue back in the State of Alabama. CCE Montgomery facility is armed to produce the run of pre-ordered cases of commemorative celebration cans in the state of Alabama* and distribute to United, Consolidated-Mobile, Huntsville, Decatur and Clark bottlers . We are also on schedule to produce a RETAIL custom commemorative bottler and carrier in support of the Alabama win. These bottles will be produced to coincide with the spring game by the team and will be distributed in all centers in the state.* "

Isn't it amazing? We get rid of Coke and start selling Pepsi at Bryant Denny and Legion Field right around the Dubose start. The southern football Gods were clearly upset at this, because everybody knows that Bourbon and Pepsi should be illegal. Plus, coach Bryant had to be looking down and just shaking his head. Thus our record sucked. We sucked. Our teams sucked. Everything sucked. We had a coach with teets. We had a coach who like teets too much. And we had a coach that was so green he was probably still on his mommy's teet.

Then, about 2 years ago (after the 2007 season) didn't we make the switch back to Coke? Then we get right back on track.

I will personally burn down the AD office if we ever go back to Pepsi again and jinx ourselves.

You sir owe me a big swig of sweet milk (possibly from an AU cow teet) and 1/2 of an Oreo cookie!
