Well ill start off this thing by saying I think this could be one of the best games in this series in a long time. This game in my opinion could go either way!!!

Auburn- 17

Alabama- 24

If Shula goes conservative...............

Auburn- 20

Alabama- 17

...I'm going to wait till later this week. I really don't have a feel for this game. If anything, I'm still not feeling overly optimistic for Bama, but I'll wait and see how I feel around Wednesday or Thursday.

this game just depends on which of both teams shows up...

will the aubarn team that played ark and uga show up? or the aubarn team that played LSU and Florida..

will the bama team that played duke or miss st. show up or the bama team that played UT, ark, UF and LSU...(i know they were all losses but u kno)...

either way this will be a very close hard fought game...

Bama - 24
Aubarn - 20

To me, it totally depends on two injury situations.

First, if Kenny Irons is at 100%, we're going to have to line up in a 4-3, which has left us very vulnerable to the pass.

Second, if KB is definitely out, they're going to put Irons and a safety on DJ, meaning we're going to have to rely on Stover & Oakley for our passing game.

If both of those happen against us (Irons in, Brown out), it will be ugly - 28-10 bad guys.

If both of those happen in our way, it could also be ugly, but in a good way - 28-14 Bama.

If there's a mix, we're into our typical Iron Bowl scenario - the game will be decided in the 4th Q and it will be based on any attrition in the game (injuries) and heart. We've definitely got the heart - I don't think there's been a game that I can remember that the team wants to win more - but we don't have the depth to handle key injuries.

We know that Tubby will have his team sky high. Will CMS be able to match the intensity? If intensity level is matched and if Bama staff has identified the mismatches that are available, Bama can win.
24- 20 Bama

I hope coaches recognize that Cox throws to his left more than 80% of the time. Georgia's intercepts were not by accident.

irons has been hurt all season with the nagging ankle injury i cant imagine that it will just magically dissappear, so he will play but not at 100%. He is also not running behind the same offensive line.... Our offensive line blocked much better against LSU and they have a better D-line than Auburn. If we cover Taylor they have no one else to throw to.

21-10 bama

Bama - W
API - L

That's all I care about, and if John Parker Wilson has another solid day, I can't say that I don't see that happening; but, of course, this game really rests on the defense. Hopefully CJK will have them ready. Does anyone else think the D will be more prepared for Aubarn than they were for LSU?
