She might want to call back and retract that statement. I'm sure her voice is easily identifiable seeing how she's a coache's wife and what-not.

Wow. Thats pretty crazy. I would think if you're a coaches wife, you, at some point, would develop a little thicker skin and some restraint to not call into radio shows. Are you gonna hire these guys knowing that their wives are going to air your dirty laundry if things dont go right?

Not a smart move on her part. These statements can land her in a courtroom. I understand that she is upset, but you just can't say things like that; at least not on the airways. Wow.

My favorite part "Nobody is going to beat Nick Saban". I think she realized what she said and then tried to say it was because CNS pays players instead of admitting to the fact that Coach Saban was just better. CNS could really go after her for those statements if he wishes. She better hope that he just lets it slide.

If I was Dr. Witt, I'd send an attorney to her front door and ask her politely to retract that foolish statement the very next day on the same radio station with an apology or there would be court proceedings in her future. That type of slander is totally uncalled for from a coaches wife which can hurt a university and it's coaches.:mad2:

I love how Amy points that her hubby has more class than to get on radio like "that other coach" while she is on the radio showing WAYYY more contempt that Tony Franklin ever did. Priceless!!!

I'll make it easy. Amy is Steve Ensminger's wife. It was confirmed that Steve Ensminger was in Cotton's home when he found out he was fired, and his wife's name is Amy. Amazing she would try to be vague and not give her husband's name, but she used her real name and gave his location. Barner logic at it's finest!!!

I don't know, but it is truly a good indication of how bad the economy really is. We have gone from giving away Escalades according to Clemson DC Vic Koenning for top recruits to giving only "handshakes with a coupla' hundurd dollers" according Mrs. Ensminger. The smart play by Saban is to let it go. If asked, say something about understanding her emotional response and let it pass. If he makes a single comment about players not being paid, the press will run with it.

As for her husband - this sort of thing is not forgotten. I hope he loves her...
