So, the barners get 6 turnovers and can only manage to win by 11. Good win for them but if this was a bama game I'd be really worried about our future.
It is great to be a Tide fan. The barn should send WVU a christmas card for this one.
6 turnovers. If we were the recipient of 6 turnovers and only won by 11 I am going to be really worried about the rest of the schedule. That had to be one of the worst displays of offensive performance that I have seen in a while. It looked like they were playing back yard football.
Seriously, is anyone even worried about going up against Auburn's defense? If WVU could protect the football, they'd have racked up 700 yards of offense and scored 50+ points. But hey, it is Big East football.

At this point, not in the slightest, and I am sure the Tide defense will be a sight better than WVU's as well. Good start for Auburn though regardless.
I got to say that Auburn looked a heck of a lot better than they did last year. They got off to a slow start, but with the help of WV. they got into the game. The sad part is that WV was still in the game near the end, even with 5 turnovers. The 6th. 'pick' made it look a little like Auburn had dominated.
The Auburn Defense did rise to the task to keep Auburn in the game.
Ben Tate appeared to be a load to tackle
(I'll bet Tony Franklin smiled over Auburn running the 'Spread')
I listened to the 4th quarter and all the barners announcers kept saying how good WV was and how they were going to win a lot of games with their QB, Yes, throwing 3 picks in one quarter is going to win a lot of games. Between that and constanting mention that the officials were Big east officials like they were getting robbed.
That game made me so angry...auburn is obviously not the offensive powerhouse there trying to make themselves out to be ...bill stewart has always grated on my nerves because ive always felt he was totally incompetent...and tonight just proves it...how can you explain to me the reasoning behind going away from what works NOEL DEVINE...Yes lets go away from what worked so well the entire game...not to mention the guy who beat auburn last year...its ridiculous how gassed auburn was by the end of the game.
